it's one of those songs that doesn't have a great beat or anything but the lyrics are deep/meaningful enough that you can overlook it. bob dylan-esque in that way, imo.

That's one of my favorite non-traditional Christmas songs. Clarence Carter was good for those--that one and Strokin' are great.
