I feel like you don't get out with friends that often (or you don't post about it), so good for you. Did you enjoy any alcoholic beverages or mind altering substances?

we got there plenty early and had a nice grilling

in the show it was a hell of a party and whether i indulged or not i would have come out of that place smelling like i just finished my shift at the weed factory

Sux, thoughts?

ok, my terribly biased thoughts...i like this type stuff, because i think these songs are not only just exactly perfect, but are also living things (god fucking douche chills lol) and it's cool to hear them evolve

i have no idea who vijay iyer is, but king solomons marbles is a beast

going to see the boys down at the shithole ampitheater in camden...i'll try to not get stabbed

reviews on the tour good so far, even tighter than last fall

chrisco you ought to go see this band in flushing this weekend...i bet you can score a good seat at the box office day of and avoid fees

we had a nice time monday, missed about 20 minutes of the first set (bertha, shakedown) because we underestimated the time needed to walk the 8 miles from the parking lot to the venue and then there was a mob trying to get in and slow security...my buddy k frog brought his portable vaper into the show...the first set clocked in at just over an hour, the highlight was crazy fingers

...all in all it was just ok, and i didn't feel bad about missing the first two songs since they didn't seem quite warmed up...this was their first show after a 3 day break

about a 45 minute set break...we walked around, hit the restrooms...there was a line for men but not for women, which is odd and some woman were laughing at our predicament...not a good look for those ladies as we should all be equals...so i went to get a yummy magic hat fruit-bat 80 minute IPA, and just as the cup finishes filling the tap begins to sputter and my beer is about a half inch short of the top...the bartender lady must've taken a shine to your humble narrator cause she gave me that jaun for free

good omen

second set was monstrous...the 5 songs before drums clocked in longer than the entire first set and each masterfully played with a lot of intensity, ups and downs...their on-stage dynamics are pretty good, drummers are locked in...good stuff

Playin->Wheel->Eyes->Standing on the Moon->Let it Grow->Drums->Space->All Along the Watchtower->Morning Dew->NFA E: Acoustic Ripple, super nice

check out mayer playing 'mandolin' on a straight fucking dreadnought, no cutaway, no nuthin...impressive

Big fan of John Mayer's guitar playing. I think I've enjoyed all of his performances outside of playing John Mayer songs.
Balls: I know a guy who came home after high school one day to over hear his mom and dad having a 3some with another lady. He actually went to beat off during it in his room.
mister bacon: Wow no wonder PJ is so fucked up.

Bo - Too bad I didn't see this earlier. It was on my radar, but I hadn't heard anything to push me into action. So far, I've missed Electric Daisy Carnival and Dead & Co this year. My TV is telling me to catch Styx soon at Citi. I'm not listening yet.

I just wrapped The Other One doc on the Netflix on my brother's recommendation. Enjoyed. I didn't know much about Weir. He seems like a dude worth meeting.
