The bus came by and I got on, that's when it all began: 25 years ago today i went to my first Grateful Dead show at Madison Square Garden as a 15 year old high school junior.

bosux,

i watched an episode of freaks and geeks on the weekend, where a couple of deadheads were featured. a couple of songs from the album "american beauty" were played on the episode, and i enjoyed them. would this album be a good introductory album to peep for these guys?

LOL. American Beauty was the one Grateful Dead album that my parents owned.

yes. american beauty and workingman's dead are both from 1970, similar in sound and easily their 2 best studio albums.
