Bands BD, Untouchable, and The Wolf Have Never Heard Of

FFirst up: Silver Jews.
I'd like to see a pair of boobs that would prompt me to write home. Maybe Scarlett Johannson level quality? "Dear Mom and Dad, I saw an awesome rack today. They were perfect. Everything else is fine. Love, BD79."

I have heard of Animal Collective, Fleet Foxes, The Breeders (Cannonball! The first one who actually have a song I know) and British Sea Power.

ETA: I am willing to give these bands a shot, I've enjoyed both Arcade Fire & The Pixies, both of whom I had never heard of until here.

MGMT.

The only song I know by these guys is Time to Pretend, but damn that's a fun song

I really don't get all the hype around Animal Collective and their album Merriweather Post Pavilion. Everyone tells me how great it is. I just don't get it. Their music aggrivates me.

Fun experimental folk/pop/psychedelic whatever you wanna call it. Being on drugs helps a lot. I've been a fan of AC since Feels, and their work has steadily gotten better after each album.

BD, I think from all of them, British Sea Power and Phoenix are the most accessible....start with them.

I like Electric Feel, Weekend Wars, and Kids in addition to Time to Pretend.

I like those MGMT songs, but the rest of that album is pretty meh.

I also like the Ting Tings.

And to add to the list, Hope College alum Sufjan Stevens.
