Here's one of my favourites from the 90's. This really made me want to do some urban golfing, and maybe beat the fuck out of any yuppie that tries to steal by ball in the park. Dinosaur Jr - Feel The Pain

Loved that one in college. Great song too.

There was this show on here a while ago that showcased terrible videos. Here are a few:

Pierre Nadeau - Girls/Boys
(This one is a must see, filmed in Maine I believe but 100% Quebecer. So much comedy in here it could have its own thread.)

Canned Hamm - Father and Son

And this is a classic I`m sure the _ has on vinyl

Pimp-T is fantastic.

Now, possibly my favourite French Canadian video of all time. I think the basic premise of this video is that a guy and a girl are supposed to dance with each other erotically, only they're not allowed to touch each other, and the first person to give into temptation and touch the other loses. Also, everyone in the bar is watching and betting on the outcome.

I used to check the french music channel (MusiquePlus :sniff:) every 5-10 minutes in the late 90's looking for this video. Then I would watch the entire video, waiting for the quick shot of underboob (about 2:40 for you guys). The chick in this is smoking, and I'm pretty sure I killed a kitten or two to this video back in the day. Another highlight is watching the cheesy crowd reactions, especially the one at 3:15.

Enjoy "Marie Stone" by Éric Lapointe

Ha, Marie Stone, the video doesn't even make sense in French fwiw but yeah that chick is/was hot.

For you Americans. Musiqueplus is the French version of Muchmusic which was the Canadian version of MTV (now there is an MTV Canada).

Musiqueplus was basically wall-to-wall hot chicks back in the day, from the videos to the VJs.

Yep, the VJs were amazing. I shed a tear when they replaced MusiquePlus with MuchMoreMusic out west.

I should go find some Mitsou, "Bye Bye Mon Cowboy" now....

Oddly enough we got Musique Plus on my college cable system from 1991-1993. I think we figured we had a better chance of stealing that signal and not getting sued than we did with MTV. It was absolutely smoking hot chicks everywhere. I loved when they interviewed artists. It would be some hottie running off a lot of French where I'd catch about every fifth word and then immediately moving to unaccented English to speak with the artist.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you the Most Unintentionally Funny Video of All-Time, from the Bob himself.
This. Can't. Be. Topped.

If there's a funnier video than this, it hasn't been made yet. He really just didn't have a clue what to do with himself in the 80's. Leather jumpsuit with no shirt. Fucking priceless.
