Yes.

“I’ll definitely need to shower after peeing my pants all day,” said Ayame Yamakawa, 21, who traveled 22 hours from Okinawa, Japan, just for New Year’s Eve. She had already wet herself once by 2:41 p.m. after lining up at 10 a.m.

I've gone in 6 times; each time I was "working" or "assisting those who are working" when really I just walked in about 11pm, got someone who was really working to get me through security and I would stand in the fire lanes out of the way of the cops, watch the ball drop and then deal with the crush of people getting out to 6th or 8th avenue. Outside for a max of 90 minutes, I would never ever stand in those cattle pens. You're out there for 4-12 hours without a guarantee of actually seeing the ball drop because they move you from pen to pen every so often.

Did he watch the towers from his roof? Those had to be haunting images for those people (and basically everyone else) to get out of their heads.

I <3 Roger Clark. He's NY1's man on the street reporter. Right now he's doing a live storm report in his car in a blizzard driving around Coney Island. NY1 is famous for being the first place to send their reporters out on the scene with no camera man, so he's also handling the shots while driving.

Dude is gonna die on the air one day.

Anus, owns a bar in the East Village apparently:

Continental, an East Village dive bar famous for selling five shots “of anything” for $10, has decided to take a bold stand against the word “literally,” of all things. According to a sign posted in the bar’s window, the staff will boot anybody who uses the word “literally” from the premises, on the grounds that it is “annoying” and they just won’t tolerate ungrammatical language in the dive bar.
