You know what you need to do is take a Tylenol PM and chase it with NyQuil, then put something on Netflix and fall asleep to it. You never, ever regret the next day as you groggily slog through a day of having fun on the sports messageboreds.
the stuff in tylenol pm won't let you get REM sleep, so you end up getting restless half-sleep which is great in an emergency but no bueno for everyday sleep. i wouldn't recommend ambien or something for you given your consumption habits, but ask your doctor about trazodone. good sleep with less groggyness than ambien.
you'll have morning wood tho, just beware.
