Need a ruling as to what this constitutes. Does it need a dress code? $25+ entrees? Less than 10 in the chain? Does it matter if it's an Italian restaurant? Does Olive Garden count? Does Outback?

How about you just drink what you want and not give a shit about what other people think of you? Or if the shoe is on the other foot, stop caring about what other people do if it doesn't affect you? Or were you cruising somebody and didn't want to ask?

Dude. This is the internet. It exists solely to make fun of people for their choices that have zero impact on you.

Any time I see a guy drinking wine in a "regular bar" I think it's weird. By regular bar I mean a place where you're obviously just going to drink. Those places are for beer and liquor. Frankly, I don't understand why they even have wine on the menu. But I don't see a problem with drinking wine in a restaurant bar. I usually assume those people are just waiting for a table or something, and a glass of wine before dinner seems much more normal/hetero than just pounding glasses of pinot at Sully's Pub.

Unless it is a really good place, wine by the glass offerings normally stink, so I normally would not order a glass of wine at a bar for that reason.

Did you ever stop to think that maybe it was this wine that caused the Sabres to choke a two-goal lead against the lowly Coyotes?
