I thought you sold your Tesla stock after seeing them in concert at the casino.

Negative solar energy prices in California, which used to be the most expensive energy market in the country. 15 GW of solar capacity is huge, especially considering that 9GW is utility scale solar and not rooftop solar (distributed generation in industry speak)

Granted, it's in March and not at peak load periods, but you see this all the time in ERCOT due to wind. Batteries dude. Batteries.

Self-awareness is highly overrated. Not a targeted growth area.

Vox: The North Korea economy is better than you think!

https://www.vox.com/world/2017/5/2/1550 ... ea-economy

Could be a big step for Communism, it's finally working in practice!

the country has been experiencing economic success in recent years by taking steps toward allowing private enterprise to spread throughout the country.

Oh, ok, so they're "growing" by rejecting their core values. Got it. Shows what a great leader of the people Kim Jong Un is, right?

None of this is to say that the quality of life in North Korea for many is anything other than nightmarish. Food shortages are rampant, and the economy is far from self-sufficient: About 70 percent of the population relies on food aid, and 40 percent of the country is malnourished, according to the United Nations.

Oh.

You can find Coca-Cola, once lambasted as a “cesspool water of capitalism” by state propaganda, in some grocery stores.
Smugglers routinely cross into North Korea to sell pirated copies of Hollywood movies and South Korean television dramas.
More than 3 million people use cellphones.

So, it has a prison economy. Got it.
