No, Youngstown is Ohio, but there are an uncanny amount of Steeler fans there.

So if you are Aaron Hernandez and were acquitted of murder today...are you really all that happy since you are already serving life? He seemed pretty happy about it.

I think he is appealing the first conviction b/c part of the motive involved this double homicide which he has just been acquitted.

For 79 and other board lawyers. The Kerry Cook story. He was tried and convicted 3 or 4 times for the same murder.

Won't read, but are you telling me that Ashley Judd got it wrong?

The TL:DR; was that Tyler Texas convicted the wrong guy, then doubled/tripled down on it to protect reputations and because the guy's increasingly high profile as a wrongfully convicted person made the town look bad. Eventually his new new lawyers cut a deal with prosecutors to end the entire debacle, but Cook thought the deal was a betrayal because it included no prosecutorial misconduct, so he dumped those lawyers. Cook was so broken by the ordeal he wanted vengeance and never got it.

Never trust a prosecuting attorney. They're assholes, opportunists, tight-asses, or incompetents. Or some combination of the four.
