I wasn't sure where to post this and thought it would be interesting to discuss emabrassing medical problems with total strangers, so here it goes:

I woke up on Monday morning with a humming in my right ear (called Tinnitus) and it hasn't gone away. I never realized how common this is until reading about it. In my case, it isn't painful but it will surely drive me insane if my doctor can't find a cure. I might be a candidate for a multi-state killing spree.
Ballz: So, I fucking got a BJ for $250 total, and wore a rubber. It sucked, I couldnt even feel it, so i jeckyled onto her tits. She was cute. Not even that far out of my league, it was a waste of $250

Several years ago, I had an issue with post-micturation syncope. That was a fun trip to the doctor's office...

Good idea for a topic, prez. I had recently thought of the same thing, after being diagnosed with...

Restless Leg Sydrome. Yes, I agree, it's the stupidest sounding affliction one can have, but it's really no fun to have. A friend of mine who is a doctor did the diagnosing, and he told me that caffeine, especially diet soda, will worsen symptoms. Yeah, Diet Pepsi is all I drink. I've cut down and it's gotten better. He offerred to prescribe me something, but taking medication for something called Restless Leg Syndrome would be pretty damn embarassing.

It sucks, doesn't it?

I have the same problem in my left ear, sort of. Mine's not that severe, so after a few weeks I was able to ignore it. But yeah, it'll drive you nuts.
I'd like to see a pair of boobs that would prompt me to write home. Maybe Scarlett Johannson level quality? "Dear Mom and Dad, I saw an awesome rack today. They were perfect. Everything else is fine. Love, BD79."

I have something called "Gilbert's Syndrome". I have abnormal bilirubin levels in my blood work. It's hard to diagnose correctly and it's completely harmless in adults. Anyway, there was about a three week period when I thought I had contracted some STD because of my bilirubin counts. My dumbass doctor finally realized what I had because all my other bloodwork was fine. My girlfriend at the time cut me off for three weeks because of the dumbass's doctors misdiagnosis. Not good times.
This is a great subject btw.

Edited for spelling

ive had tinnitus for about three years now in my left ear, thanks to my days as an avid concertgoer and club Disk Jockey with very very loud music in my ears and on my monitor speakers at all times. i cant lie, it does make me nuts sometimes, especially when i am taking exams and it is all i can hear in my ear. i went to a hearing specialist, and the put some sort of device into my ear and they can actually HEAR the ringing in my left ear its so bad. it fucking SUCKS. the only thing that tempers mine is not drinking as much caffeine as i used to.. you might want to try cutting it down if you drink a lot of coffee.

I hope there aren't any hypochondriacs on this site, or this thread is going to really fuck with them.

I used to go to a lot of concerts, but being an old fuck and all, I haven't been in quite a few years. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out what could have suddenly caused this? I only drink coffee on average 3 times a week and don't drink soda, so I don't think caffeine is my issue.

no no, excessive coffee consumption wont cause it, it will just aggravate it.
do you dig in your ear with q-tips or anything like that? maybe its just some damage that finally manifested itself.

I rarely use Q-tips and my Dr. told me that there's no wax build up or infection. I do have a history of hearing loss in my family so I'm not shocked that this is happening, just puzzled that it wasn't progressive. I literally remember the instant it started, like someone flipped a switch.

Then how can you be sure that you've got no venereal diseases?
