I had a big meal and a few beers last evening so I prolly packed on a couple few pounds haha.

I checked my yule logs and it appears on March 1st of '17 i weighed 187lbs. On june 30th i was 177lbs. This morning as I begin the annual battle against the bulge to get in shape and avoid certain death, i weighed myself. 187lb. So i'm basically back where i was this time last year. BUT, over the course of the year i started lifting legs for the first time in many many years, and i was very weak.....down there. At this point i can actually lift adult weights and my legs are decent strength. I feel a bit tubbier than summer time but not 10lbs tubbier. I'm wondering how much of this increase in tonnage could potentially be leg muscle. Yorkel or the cheese: thoughts?

I had a buddy try to win one of those office weight loss contests by spinning, exclusively. He got in really good shape but ended up only losing a few pounds because his legs got stronger. There's a lot of beef down there if you're lifting.
