Ha, I forgot about that line. She makes a great point though. I'm on episdoe 6 and I'm still entertained.

I also purviewed this this weekend! It was decent. Needed some tits and humping.

I agree with your preview. I also agree with FTT's earlier point that it gets too drama-y toward the end. It was better when it was funny in the first few eps, but it was still pretty solid.

Watched When We First Met starring the Millennial Jack Black and Brunette Baywatch (movie) Girl.

Guy travels through time over and over trying to get girl to fall in love with him because she is smoking hot. Hilarity nearly ensues.

Gene's Pick: Watered-down version of Bedazzled but much, much more feminine.

No boobs out in the open.

Time traveling to fall in love seems like its own inexplicable mini-genre. Didn't Keanu Reeves make a time traveling movie without Alex Winter where this was the plot? Something about a house on a lake maybe?

This was pretty good. I purviewed last evening. The main chick reminded me of a poor ladies tiffany theissen. She was ok, but i think i enjoyed the other chick, the friend better.

Image

She has that look i like.

Anyway, the film kept me entertained. I paused it mid way through to go upstairs and unsuccessfully try and mouth rape the wipe. Then i came back down and finished it. I'm not positive how it ended since i was in a partial, but i think they telegraphed the ending enough in the early parts, that i'm confident on how it concluded. Decent time travel flick. Would rec.

I watched this last night. It was enjoyable in parts. There was a really good movie in there, but they did not quite find it.

Agreed. Feels like that happens a lot with the ex-State writers.

I know you're likely going to ignore this question and in favor of a typically hilarious putdown, but do you think the State crew is getting a little long in the tooth? I feel like they haven't done anything funny since Children's Hospital.

The I wanna dip my balls in it guy has been good in a few recent things. Ken Marino.

Ken Marino is fantastic. Not saying the individual guys can't be funny anymore. But it seems when they get the band back together, like they did in this film, the magic isn't quite there.

It's a quasi-documentary. I thought it was good, it was almost great, but it loses steam at the end.
