I peeped the pilot yesterday too. Will finish.

I binged this thing yesterday, its damn good. They play the mystery well, you could see any of them being the killer or the killed.

We finished this. Really enjoyed it. That Reese Witherspoon is a ball of fire!

I wouldn't say idiot. That's how well they plotted the mystery, you could've seen anybody as the victim or persecutor.

Virtually every line from Richard on this week's episode of "Veep" was laugh out loud funny

Prez - re: Real Sports on HBO

I like a lot of the stories they do, but I am certain they hire brain-dead idiots as their reporters. They never know anything about the topic after the piece, when Gumbel asks them something not exactly in the story.

1. Those 2 brothers that do the triathlons. Gumbel asked the African american women reporter what is the longest life that anyone has had with that disease. Her response was "Well, doctors say that Lucas has a 50/50 chance to make it to 10, and he's 9 1/2." OK, thanks?

2. In the next piece about War Machine and Christy Mack, WHICH THEY ALREADY DID BEFORE, Gumbel asked the dope reporter what is the minimum amount of time War Machine could possibly get. The moron was like "well, he has several counts that are life in prison minimums, sooooo". OK, well what if he pleads down or is found innocent on a few of them?

These idiots should not be brought onto set with Gumbel afterwards. Let him just introduce the next story and call it a day.

its like when Rachel Nichols first joined ESPN. She was never allowed to do live hits. It was always taped shit bc she is an airhead. "I'm Rachel Nicholsss, ESPNNNNNNnnnnn".

Agree on almost all of this. The stories are usually good but the post story "chat" with the reporter always sucks.
Ballz: So, I fucking got a BJ for $250 total, and wore a rubber. It sucked, I couldnt even feel it, so i jeckyled onto her tits. She was cute. Not even that far out of my league, it was a waste of $250

I have not seen this Real Sports episode, so I do not know when it was filmed. But War Machine has gone to trial already and lost, so he'll be getting life.

ETA: If in fact they actually do carry mandatory sentences.

Yep! Frank Deford.

Note: I have never seen him on Real Sports, did not know he was on Real Sports, but "crypt keeper guy" with a "pencil thin mustache" was enough to get me to Deford, so kudos.
