the news to me was
I've been a Giants fan my whole life, going back to 1968 when I was born. I did have a couple of years where I was a Dallas Cowboys fan because of Tony Dorsett, who is my biological father.

Is this common knowledge or even true?

You're not serious, right?

I only asked because I saw it in SI, otherwise I would have totally dismissed it.

Do you hold the L.A. Times in the same high regard as SI?

1 more episode

They're on a very strong run to end the series. Hopefully they go out on a high note.

2013 has Arrested Development, 30 Rock, Community, and Happy Endings. 2014 will likely have none of those. Present: 1, Future: 0.

I'm legitimately bummed that tonight is the last episode. I didn't even watch this show initially and probably didn't start watching regularly until Season 3, but it's a great show. I'm glad that they were able to keep Baldwin the entire time, as good as the other characters are, he's the core of the show.

That was about as strong of a finale as they could've put together. Nice to see Salma Hayek and her delicious funbags back for a brief cameo.

They didn't bring Dennis back, but other than that, no real complaints. Not the funniest hour they've ever done by any stretch but it tied everything up nicely.

That's a perfect summation of what it took me 1,000 words to discuss. Good show. Not the funniest in their history, and not one of the best final episodes in history, but still very funny. My favorite was the whole "Grizz & Herz" bit.

I didn't expect to see Dennis or Spaceman back, since they had both sort of gotten send-offs earlier in the season, but I was surprised not to see some kind of meta joke with Josh or Danny or Hazel, or even a super-meta joke with Rachel Dratch.

Agree with all of ya. Was pretty happy to have one last Mickey Rourke joke, those have been stellar. Hornberger practiced for this.
