Sopranos

Sopranos

Postby Dr Jeckyll » 14 Dec 2005, 10:16

I could be mistaken, but I don't see a Sopranos thread here, wtf? It should be starting up again in a few months and I'm already excited. any thoughts on what's going to happen this season? who's going to die, who will be the next rat, etc. I thought the season 5 finale was a little anti-climactic, but all in all season 5 was much better than the travesty that was season 4. I'm expecting big things this year.

If I get HBO back by then, I'll be watching.

agree with this. i'm suprised more people on here aren't fans. prediction: once the new season starts(i think in march), this thread will take off. to answer the other question, i believe that it has not been definitively resolved how many more seasons there will be, but there has been talk of there being a season and a half remaining.

2 years is long enough to drop it out of our consciousness. Just look at the lost thread. It's only during winter reruns, and there have been 2 posts since the last episode.

Speaking of, which rerun is playing tonight for Lost?

And yes, I'll ruin this thread with Lost talk any day.

Sopranos season starts in March right?

It will be cool to see which way the writers go...theyve already dealt with rats in their family, a war with the NYC family, his cousin trying to go straight, his relationship w/ his 'real' family...personally I think this season (and through the end of the show) Tony deals with an uprising within his own guys led by alot of his loyal soilders (maybe Christopher, Paulie?). They already hinted at dissent w/in his troops toward the end of last season. I also think Uncle Junior dies in the first few episodes.

Big fan here too but yes it has been way too long. There has not been a new episode of the Sopranos on for all of this site's existence so that's why there was no thread.

Getting close.............

I cant wait for Sunday. ACC, Big Ten, and Big 12 Finals, Selection Show....Sopranos. This day could not be better unless I was getting serviced by Jessica Alba while eating pizza and smoking a doobie during all this......
PS: I will never like July 27th. It will always be the day Reggie died. I just hate this day. True Celtic fans know what I mean.

SHIT, I wonder if Adelphia has a "Sopranos" package. I've got to re-up with HBO now.
