Crash

Crash

Wow, best movie I've seen in a year or two!! There are many overlapping stories that deal with racism, love, hate, and trying to make it in this world. The entire movie is mentally stimulating as it brings a lot of things to the forefront and makes you consider and reflect on them. I found a few of the plot points to be predictable, but it didn't stop me from thoroughly enjoying the movie. The cast (Sandra Bullock, Brendan Frasier, Don Cheadle, Matt Dillon, Ryan Phillipe, Thandie Newton, Ludacris, Larenz Tate and others) perform far above what you would normally expect of them.

Bottom line, if you have some free time and are headed to the movies, Crash is absolutely worth checking out.

the opportunity cost of knowing how to preheat an oven is pretty puny compared to anything else

Yeah, I still think she's pretty, and she's not even a favorite of mine.
