"Pulp Fiction" is the worst film to watch on basic cable.

Then you agree with Simmons! Ergo, you are wrong and a bad person. [jk, don't blow a blood vessel kite].

I think it's pretty hard to narrow down, because all movies are ruined by significant cuts in the audio. This category is basically "what's your favorite movie with a lot of swearing" and Pulp Fiction is a perfectly valid choice for that.

Dtf's favorite flick The Depaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhted is on some basic cable channel right now. It's not a bad candidate for this award.

I am on record as being a big fan of this movie, and defending it against criticisms from jealous anti-Boston haters like Bill Simmons.

While I think the example does fit with my theory from above, I do chuckle at the thought of some censored lines in this film. "Maybe. Maybe Nawt. Maybe freak yaself."

The version I was watching just had the swears deleted, not replaced with hilariously awful clean phrases.

Ha, that's probably even worse.

My parents caught part of the movie on cable, and then asked to borrow my DVD so they could watch the whole thing without commercials. My mom was taken aback by how much foul language there was. Cool story, sco.

I remember catching part of Do The Right Thing on basic cable many years ago. They dubbed micky ficky in place of motherfucker. My brother and I still use that term.

I saw a network dub of Casino where they tried to replace the word "faggot" with "maggot" but there was a clear "f" sound at the beginning, so it sounded like "fmaggot". I don't still use that term to this day, but it had a decent shelf life, and cats were had. I'm really cool IRL in case you couldn't tell.
