Emily is definitely a cutie but I thought Sandler held his own. The director took that same rage that he shows in most all his other shitty moves and gave it true human characteristics. I could really identify with that shit. I once smashed through a patio door.

How the hell is Punch Drunk Love a shit-flick? It was a great movie.

From his comedies, Billy Madison Hands down. "T-t-t-today JUNIOR!"

also the fact it was filmed on location in Toronto brings warmth to my heart.

Punch-Drunk Love was the ONLY good movie that Adam Sandler ever made. The Wedding Singer is a distant second. Everything else was crap.

I'll agree that almost everything post Waterboy was crap, but Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore were fucking awesome.

They were absolute juvenile garbage. They had no point except to "show off" Sandler's worthless acting range. They were completely retarted movies that were basically the same. The Wedding Singer was a slight step up because it was a romantic comedy that was actually funny on an adult or near adult level. Punch-Drunk Love was comletely out of left field for him but with the help of P.T. Anderson he was great in that movie.

They may have been "juvenile garbage," but I thought they were great. Oh well, agree to disagree. Punch-Drunk Love was great (really, the only Sandler movie post-Waterboy I liked), but I still like Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore better

Of course its juvenile garbage, does every movie you see have to be a superior piece of art? Its a slapstic comedy for gods sake.

I went with Happy Gilmore.
Ben Stiller was great as the nursing home orderly:
"You can trouble me for a warm glass of shut-the-hell-up. Now, you will go to sleep or I will put you to sleep. Check out the name tag. You're in my world now, grandma."
Ballz: So, I fucking got a BJ for $250 total, and wore a rubber. It sucked, I couldnt even feel it, so i jeckyled onto her tits. She was cute. Not even that far out of my league, it was a waste of $250

i forgot about the whole nursing home sequence, the manual labor in the "crafts" room. That movie is funny. Dude, you need to lighten up. Every movie doesn't have to be citizen kane. But you are my Rosebud.
