I kind of like the U.S. ones too. They do look a little soccery.

The Canada ones are a travesty. How hard is it to just put a red maple leaf on a white hockey sweater, with maybe some red trim. done.

I'll reserve judgement on the US ones until I see the whole ENSEMBLE, but my main beef is the stars on the shoulders. Unnecessary.

Watching the ladies play right now. The white USA uniforms actually look really good except for the stars on the shoulders. Canada is wearing the red, and except for one sleeve being different from the other, I have no beef. The logo across the chest actually works pretty well.

I like the unis. The stars are the same colo(u)r as the background, so they are fairly subtle. Acceptable.
Ballz: So, I fucking got a BJ for $250 total, and wore a rubber. It sucked, I couldnt even feel it, so i jeckyled onto her tits. She was cute. Not even that far out of my league, it was a waste of $250

All of those jerseys are sweet. Fuck is wrong with you guys.
PS: I will never like July 27th. It will always be the day Reggie died. I just hate this day. True Celtic fans know what I mean.

MisterTambourineMan - Thu Feb 13, 2014 1:21 pm:
hey bix, mind breaking down the russia hockey team for me? i'm pulling to them this year for reasons i'm not sure of. tell me why.

Roster is as follows:

Goaltenders

Sergei Bobrovsky - Columbus Blue Jackets
Semyon Varlamov - Colorado Avalanche
Alexander Yeryomenko - Dynamo Moscow (KHL)

Meh. Meh-plus is Bobrovsky stands on his head. If they win, Big Serge, as Ball likes to call him, will have to come up big.

Defence

Anton Belov - Edmonton Oilers
Alexei Emelin - Montreal Canadiens
Andrei Markov - Montreal Canadiens
Evgeny Medvedev - Ak-Bars Kazan (KHL)
Nikita Nikitin - Columbus Blue Jackets
Ilya Nikulin 6'1" - Ak-Bars Kazan (KHL)
Fedor Tyutin - Columbus Blue Jackets
Slava Voynov - Los Angeles Kings

More meh. No studs, but should be solid.

Forwards

Artem Anisimov - Columbus Blue Jackets
Pavel Datsyuk - Detroit Red Wings
Denis Kokarev - Moscow Dynamo (KHL)
Ilya Kovalchuk - SKA St. Petersburg (KHL)
Nikolai Kulemin - Toronto Maple Leafs
Evgeni Malkin - Pittsburgh Penguins
Valeri Nichushkin - Dallas Stars
Alex Ovechkin - Washington Capitals
Alexander Popov - Avangard Omsk (KHL)
Alexander Radulov - CSKA Moscow (KHL)
Alexander Semin - Carolina Hurricanes
* Sergei Soin - Moscow Dynamo (KHL)
Vladimir Tarasenko - St. Louis Blues
Alexei Tereshhenko - Ak-Bars Kazan (KHL)
Viktor Tikhonov - St. Petersburg (KHL)

This is where the Russians are scary. Guys like Ovie, Malkin, Datsyuk and Kovalchuk are in the discussion for top 10 players on the planet. Radulov and Semin can score too. I don't know much about some of their other guys, but if they have guys that can play responsible defense while they studs score goals, these guys could take home gold.

No team has more pressure on them than Russia. Russians are known for playing off the charts when they want to, but also have tremendous ho potential. You are probably pulling to them because of some weird hipster irony thing :beatsme:

I predict they make the Gold Medal game, but lose to the greatest nation on Earth... Canada. I also would not be shocked if something really sketchy occurs, like officials being bribed, Crosby getting kidnapped, or Toews getting giloolied, and Russia wins the Gold under dubious circumstances.

It was kind of disappointing for the US goalie to cheat by knocking that goal off it's mooring & then pretend nothing had happened. A real Bush League move, if you ask me.
