Tough call, but this playoffs has helped prove what the naysayers (like me) said all along about Crosby: That despite his amazing skill set and skating ability, he can still be physically taken out of games, especially when it comes to playoff hockey. No doubt the attention teams have paid to Crosby has benefited Malkin, but it's the latter who's really carried this team throughout the playoffs, as we've all seen. His ability to control the puck while being slammed into the boards, then wait for the right moment to attack is reminiscent of a young Jagr. At the very least, he's much closer to Jarda than Crosby is to the Great One at this point in their respective careers.
