Atlanta Hawks 27.5 UNDER, TANKIN

Agreed. Shcroeder finna have a monster fantasy year.
Boston Celtics 53.5 UNDER, INJURIES GONNA HAPPEN

Ehh, this is a tough call. I honestly think Heyward can carry the offense in Kyrie's inevitable 30 games out. I'd go OVER, but I wouldn't feel good about it.

Brooklyn Nets 26.5 UNDER, SUCK
Charlotte Hornets 42.5 OVER, EAST SUCKS

I'd flip these two honestly. BK sucks, but they have no reason to tank and I see them winning 28-30 games. Hornets seem to be quasi-jinxed.
Chicago Bulls 22.5 UNDER, REALLY SUCK

Hesrightyouknow.tiff

Cleveland Cavaliers 54.5 OVER, BRON

Agreed. I am really hoping they throw caution/defense to the wind and ride Love at the 5. They are fun to watch when they do that.

Dallas Mavericks 35.5 UNDER, SUCK

Underestimate Carlisle at your own peril, spook.

Denver Nuggets 43.5 OVER, JOKIC

They win 45 in the East. Their defense is beyond shitty and Mudiay is an unspeakable disaster. Jokic can only do so much.

Detroit Pistons 38.5 HMMMM.....OVER, SVG

Yeah, I think they're right around there. Tough call.
Golden State Warriors 67.5 UNDER, LEAGUE IS BETTER

The smart bet. But I wouldn't feel good about it one bit.
Houston Rockets 54.5 OVER, 55 LAST YEAR + CP3

They did lose some pieces, but yeah. They get 55 even if Harden is loafing it.
Indiana Pacers 30.5 UNDER, TANKIN

Troof
LA Clippers 42.5 UNDER, INJURIES GONNA HAPPEN

Ehh, I think they have depth. Blake Griffin would need season ending surgery in January for this to happen, and I think he lasts until Feb at least.

Los Angeles Lakers 32.5 UNDER, WILL TANK

As pointed out earlier, no incentive to tank, but they will suck. Pieces don't fit, meh minus talent. Boy that Deng signing is such a disaster, I can't even.

Memphis Grizzlies 38.5 UNDER, WHEELS COMING OFF

Personally, I can't pick against Conley/Gasol. They just manage to keep doing it, somehow, I'm not writing them off until they get decapitated.

Miami Heat 42.5 OVER, EAST SUCKS

Troof.
Milwaukee Bucks 46.5 UNDER, EAST DOESN'T SUCK THAT MUCH

Yes it does.
Minnesota Timberwolves 46.5 UGH.....UNDER, WEST IS GOOD

Stop being a pussy.
New Orleans Pelicans 40.5 UNDER, RONDO IS KEY

They literally have no good players on their roster other than the twin towers. Truly astounding. Honestly, they've fucked it up worse than LeBron's first Cavs go-round.

New York Knicks 30.5 UNDER, SUCK

Yup. Porzingis still has some growing pains to undergo. Flyered up for his continued development.

Oklahoma City Thunder 52.5 OVER, BIG3

Yes, hottaek they will finish with a better record than Houston/
Orlando Magic 30.5 UNDER, BETTER TANK

Wuhhh? It's not like they have the option to be good, or anything.
Philadelphia 76ers 40.5 UNDER, COME ON

I think I posted about this a while ago. I have no idea how the betting public could possibly allow this line to stay so high.
Phoenix Suns 28.5 UNDER, CAUGHT BETWEEN SUCK AND TANK

Yeah, they suck complete ass.

Portland Trail Blazers 40.5 UNDER, NO D

Dat O, doe. Nurkic signing was key.

Sacramento Kings 29 UNDER, SUCK

Yup. Sneaky breakout season coming for either Skal or WCS.

San Antonio Spurs 53.5 UNDER, OLD, DON'T CARE

You are forgetting how much that gash LaMarcus loves dropping POINTZZZZ in regular season games.

Toronto Raptors 47.5 UNDER, OLD
Utah Jazz 38.5 OVER, GOBERT
Washington Wizards 48.5 OVER, STARTING FIVE

Agreed on all counts, nothing much to add.

Knicks preview will be done on time. Maybe.

Yeah, that was one of the tougher ones.

Brooklyn Nets 26.5 UNDER, SUCK
Charlotte Hornets 42.5 OVER, EAST SUCKS

I'd flip these two honestly. BK sucks, but they have no reason to tank and I see them winning 28-30 games. Hornets seem to be quasi-jinxed.

I could see that, but outside of Russell what does Brooklyn have? What does Russell have?? They need that Texas kid to step up quickly to reach that over. I have irrational confidence in Charlotte.

Dallas Mavericks 35.5 UNDER, SUCK

Underestimate Carlisle at your own peril, spook.

Yeah, that's tough to do. I have no faith in that roster though.

Denver Nuggets 43.5 OVER, JOKIC

They win 45 in the East. Their defense is beyond shitty and Mudiay is an unspeakable disaster. Jokic can only do so much.

Mudiay IS trash. I dunno though, adding Millsap to what they had is gonna be good.

Golden State Warriors 67.5 UNDER, LEAGUE IS BETTER

The smart bet. But I wouldn't feel good about it one bit.

Yup.

Memphis Grizzlies 38.5 UNDER, WHEELS COMING OFF

Personally, I can't pick against Conley/Gasol. They just manage to keep doing it, somehow, I'm not writing them off until they get decapitated.

Agreed, and you're probably right. I just wanna say I was the first to cash in before the Grizz bubble burst.

Minnesota Timberwolves 46.5 UGH.....UNDER, WEST IS GOOD

Stop being a pussy.

I LEARNED IT FROM WATCHING YOU!

New Orleans Pelicans 40.5 UNDER, RONDO IS KEY

They literally have no good players on their roster other than the twin towers. Truly astounding. Honestly, they've fucked it up worse than LeBron's first Cavs go-round.

It's incredible. Jrue Holiday is their third best player and then Rondo. And then nothing, how in the fuck is that even possible. Here's hoping Ian Clark can do something, ffs...

Get em done.

Projected Starting Five:

PG - Malcolm Brogdon
SG - Khris Middleton
SF - Giannis Antetokounmpo
PF - John Henson
C - Thon Maker

Key Bench:

Jabari Parker
Tony Snell
Greg Monroe
Matthew Delladova

Some fancy names in that lineup. We got a Khris, a Thon, a Mirza, and an Antetokounmpo.

Image

Greek Freak (not named Theny) is a five tool player. Whatever that means. Wait, that's baseball. He led the team in per game averages of points, rebounds, steals, blocks, and assists becoming the first player in NBA history to finish top 20 in all 5 categories. If I were building a team around one player it would be him. /people

Jabari Parker keeps getting hurt or otherwise he'd be a consistent contributor to the Bucks cause. I liked Brogdon coming out of UVa and he's getting better with every year. I can't believe Henson has actually stuck in the Association this long. He sucked at UNC. Just a long-armed doofus. Is Greg Monroe still a thing? And they got Delly's scrappiness!

Image

These fellas won 42 games last year and finished sixth in a watered down East before losing in the playoffs to Toronto in the first round. That was on the strength of Giannis making the leap and getting contributions from Jabari Parker as a second scorer. With Parker out until at least after the All-Star break it'll be hard for the Greek Freak to handle things all by himself until then.

Take the UNDER.

TY for the review. I think you talked me into the Over. I can see this dumb team winning like 53-55 games in this crappy conference.

Why do you have Jabari's name scratched out?
PS: I will never like July 27th. It will always be the day Reggie died. I just hate this day. True Celtic fans know what I mean.

He's out until at least February.

I do what I can.

Jabari is out with an ACL until at least the All-Star break. So he's not a part of their bench for most of the regular season.

Also what BD said.

Flush - Agree with your Bucks preview. I feel like Giannis might have an MVP-caliber season in him, where he could carry a team like this to 50 wins. But he's not there yet.

Ball is going to get lit up his first year or so. I think I could get 10/game on him. And Ingram is still skinnier than Flush after a cleanse.

Chicago Bulls 22.5 jman

Get em done.

22.5, whatever that means.

Let's just start this off by saying MJ and Scottie ain't walking through that door. This organization is trash, pretty much top to bottom. The double-headed dildo of a GM we have in GarPax can't get out of their own way, the coach still has a job for some reason even though he's shown nothing, and the players suck.

Image

Notable Additions

Pretty much fucking nobody outside of the drafting of Markkanen. Seriously, I'm not the biggest NBA guy, but they've got like 3 guys on the roster that I've even heard of. There's guys listed named Cristiano Felicio, Zach LaVine, Diamond Stone and Paul Zipser. Sounds like a team of bad male porn stars. I think Mitchell Friedman might be in there too /classicflick

Image
Image

Notable Departures

Um...all their good players. Or at least their serviceable players. Jimmy, Taj, Dwayne, MCW, McDermott, Rondo... Granted, not all of them were that good, but come on.

Image

Take the UNDER. These guys are gonna blow, and blow hard. And not in the good way.

Los Angeles Lakers O/U 32.5

With Alonzo Ball joining my Los Angeles Lakers we are ready for Showtime again. We haven't been the same since Bean dropped 60 (and the mic) on the utah jazz and raped off into the sunset. But we are back baby.

Ball and his dad are ready to....ball out. He pretty much dominated the summer league or so i've heard. And we also have a new rookie named kyle kuzma who has to be white with that name. He's supposed to be good, but....he's white. I had a boss with the last name kuzma for a couple years a while back and he could hit that shot from the elbow.

Other additions to this ultra talented squad:

Vander Blue. You're my boy blue! I've never seen it.

Thomas "kobe" Bryant. Whoever that is.

Ken Caldwell Pope, otherwise known as KCP.

Luel Deng

Andy Bogut

Former hockey star Tyler Ennis

Holy shit we are loaded. We also are returning Julius Randle a future MVP. I think we lost nick young so that blows. He was the bess.

Image

I think we should cruise to the 6 seed in the west and shock the spurs in the first round before succumbing. We're still a year or two away.
