Bill has talked about getting 75 cents back on a dollar in trades for about as long as he has existed. I don't think it counts as a new thing.

The HN I listen to in the morning on Mad Dog Radio referred to Bill Simmons this morning, and how Bill always says that you shouldnt trade a dollar for 4 quarters in the NBA.

Makes me angry when Bill Simmons is referred to in a non-loser way.

lowe or Wildhorse invoked this concept, crediting bill the magnificient of course, in their podcast about kyrie. my gears were similarly grinded.
