Anyone pretty surprised Deadspin didn't shoehorn a Chief Wahoo equivalency in there? Me too.

ETA: First comment. Doesn't fail to disappoint.

seems like the first comment should have been an "I Choo Choo Choose to murder your race" or similar Wiggum joke.

Kluber did himself no favours last night by acting all tough and hitting Nunez. Cost him a big insurance run.

Did you hear about that window and door store that offered full refunds if anyone bought their shit in july or aug, and the team went on a 15 game win streak or more? Well, they are SOL now. LMAO
PS: I will never like July 27th. It will always be the day Reggie died. I just hate this day. True Celtic fans know what I mean.

i was listening to some sports talk over the weekend, and the host was interviewing Steve Phillips, who is a former MLB GM that enjoyed getting on fat interns. He said that he doesnt see anyone stopping Cleveland in the post season, at least in the AL. They have a lot of pitching depth. And the Astros only have one ace, who is Verlander. I learned on Saturday that the Astros have Verlander. Why didnt they just use his fat girlfriend to dam up the flooding from Harvey? :P

Big fan of the setup at The Jake, with the exception of the folks not opening the gates until an hour before first pitch.

The offense is scary...even at 8-6, I never felt comfortable with the game-changing potential of the lineup. Also, it may be anecdotal, but Bryan Shaw seems to struggle an awful lot in that 8th inning role, which isn't good.

Good start.

Bauer is really becoming something.

I am really starting to think that Tito knows things others do not. Like an alcoholic rainman.

I would like to re-sign Jay of House Bruce.

Kluber up.
