Bob Feller was 23 years old and had already won 86 games, including going 24-9, 27-11, and 25-13 in the 3 years preceding Pearl Harbor. Enlisted in the Navy 3 days later. Missed the next 3 seasons. Never quite the same but still great. Big what if.

I was driving home from Chicago once, probably around 2000, and this really small car just blows by me on the freeway. I look and there is an old man driving with a woman next to him. The license plate was RPD RBT. It was indeed Bob Feller. #coolstorynumbers.

They need to change their name to the Cleveland Steamers and use a steamship logo.

I originally liked the cream jerseys, but I tired of them. I bought the red hat that they wear with them. fire.

No alternate jerseys until 2018. They just need to wear the blue 1970's throwback as their alternate jersey.

You know the one UEM:

The Phillies have these cream uniforms that they wear on Sundays and other home day games. I hate them.

PS: I will never like July 27th. It will always be the day Reggie died. I just hate this day. True Celtic fans know what I mean.

I enjoy that you are acting like you actually see a Phillies game.

I know that your Sunday view is this....

Well you are right I guess. I dont think i watched a single Phillies game on TV this past season. But I am still aware of these gay uniforms.

Who hits behind Edwin now? Does he have the same impact when it isn't Josh Donaldson or Tulo?

Santana in a contract year? Edwin has been remarkably consistent for the last several years.

True, but he's also possibly 41 years old. Its going to be a fun base-ball season.

Wonder what Cleveland's lineup looks like now? Lindor, Kipnis, Brantley, Encarnacion, Santana, Ramirez, Chisenhall, Gomes, Naquin?

Maybe flip-flop Gomes and Chis, but otherwise, spot on.

I'll be kinda surprised if Naquin holds down the CF job, doe.
