i know its an exciting time and all, but its a little to early to crown the broncos imo. mcdanials hasn't been HORRIBLE so far, and in fact his team has played excellent. but there are too many people talking about this team making a super bowl run, and how this was the smartest hire ever, etc. little too soon for that.

Yeah, I agree with Bacon. The wild horses should probably have two losses. They lucked out week 1 and the Tom Brady decided hitting wide-open wide receivers was a bad idea on Sunday-- I think he became confused by the socks as the game wore on. And I don't think any team featuring Brain Dawkins spearing players while they're already on the ground over and over again, as he's done for his entire career, should ever win a Super Bowl.

Says the fan of the team that employed Rodney Harrison.

I'm with bake and ONTB, though. The Broncos aren't THAT good just yet, IMO, although they're much better than I anticipated.

Harrison did that from time to time as well. No one does it with the fervor of Dawkins.

Josh McDaniels was wired for the Cowboy game. I liked his "I know they're America's team but you gotta make a call" line

The correct answer is: Chuck Cecil.

Can't believe he's coaching in the NFL, instead of buried in an unmarked grave behind some dive bar in El Paso.

I don't know that "coaching" is the appropriate word... have you seen the Titans D this year?

ha!

yes, they are a mediocre bunch. he wasnt that good as a player either. you cant make up for the fact that you cant cover anyone or actually make a tackle in run support by spearing defenseless WRs.

PS: I will never like July 27th. It will always be the day Reggie died. I just hate this day. True Celtic fans know what I mean.
