Give Sashi Brown some credit--there are a ton of picks and a lot of cap space for the next GM to come in and do well. If they get Rosen at #1 they will be on the right track.

mj, thoughts?

I almost posted something like this, with a "/balls" tag, but decided I'd wait it out. Thank you for not disappointing.

Dig up Paul Brown and see what he can do.

While it is great to get draft picks there were a few things wrong with that plan;

1. The Browns got rid of nearly everyone that had over 2 years experience. You can not field a football team in the National Football League with almost entirely first and second year players.

2. The Browns front office were making the picks so of course they missed a lot.

3. Even if you have a good front office, the best you can hope for on 14 picks is maybe 7 useful players.

I just want a quality front office evaluate the available quarterbacks in the draft, identify the best one, and find a way to take him. I don't know if Darnaud or Rosen is better.

ETA: And Hue staying? Ummm, I don't know. His record being bad is not really his fault, HOWEVA, his in game decisions are baffling. Andy Reid thinks his clock management is bad. Also, you almost have to try to be 1-27. It seems impossible.

I figured (if there is rational thought in Cleveland, that's a major caveat) they kept Hue because they don't want to saddle their next "good" coach with a team that has no chance in 2018 and thus starts the 3 bad years coach timer. Let Hue coach another garbage team and then can him once you've got your act together

i don't know if it's right or wrong, but this is an interesting taek by albert breer on the cleveland browns' situation. breer was right that they were sniffing around dorsey, he's already been named GM.

gotta figure paul depodesta should be updating the ol' resume and stocking up on packing supplies.

The Browns are actually killing people with their performance:

Seriously though, sad only 32 years old, married and his wife is pregnant with two boys.
