Horse Racing

Nice to see Barbaro take the win. I imagine we'll start to hear a ton about the trainer's backstory involving the Sioux City plane crash back in '89 if he gets 2\3 of the way to the Triple Crown.

Also, is the fact that Kenny Mayne was ahead of Randall Cunningham on UNLV's QB Depth Chart just completely random?

I like watching the Kentucky Derby for one reason: Hot Kentucky babes in sundresses.

I didn't see any of those. I saw fat chicks with bad teeth in sundress.

I like the Kentucky Derby because Bob Costas interviewing jockies must be the biggest self-esteem boost for that dude all year at a sporting event.
Enjoy your clams, cocksuckers.

Yeah, this year was a disappointment...but for the most part, there are dozens upon dozens of Juli Boeheims...or better.

I tend to toe the party line that Southern women are hot...but GODDAMM, NBC needs to find some of them next year. That was ugly. That made Fenway Park look like a Victoria's Secret fashion show.

Agreed...Juli Boeheim was a Derby-ite back in the day. And she was average compared to past years.

That a boy, God.

While we're here, did any body ever read Hunter S. Thompson's article, "The Kentucky Derby is Decadent and Depraved." That's a classic, Thompson and Ralph Steadman drinking, drugging and maceing their way through Louisville.

My dad went to college in Kentucky.

He says mint juleps taste like shit and they all cry during "My Old Kentucky Home" and shit. Weird state.

I cry during the playing of "Sweet Home Alabama," and I freaking love sweet tea, the mint julep of Alabama.
