We're not quite twinsies. I only have the 3 and 5 woods. I stopped carrying a driver when I realized I could hit this 3 wood longer and straighter than the driver I had at the time. I guess I could invest in a good driver, but I don't golf often enough to warrant the purchase when I'm happy using that off the tee.

i had the R1 or R11 (forgot which) and the white wasn't a problem. i don't like the two tone black and white now.

if i were in the market for a new driver, the new callaway epic big bertha would be the first one i'd check out.

on another golf topic, i like the proposal the tour seems to want to push to move the players back to march and the pga to may. pga of america isn't going for it but it would make for overall a better schedule.

I had a put from like 8 feet for bogey and 99, missed. Shot 100.

My streak of 100+ is like 5 years now. SAD.

I had 1 GIR. Is that good?
2 pars, too. That, I will take.

This seems overwrought, bordering on bathos:

http://www.espn.com/golf/story/_/id/194 ... iger-woods

Not giving Tiger an inch on being wrong here, but if you want to talk about being judged by a different set of rules look at this article and compare it to anything else ESPN has run about being OUI. Start with the Marlins, work back to the Cardinals (STL), and fill in the gap with everything in between.

I'll leave it for those with better memories than me but I don't think the worldwide leader came anywhere close on Michael Floyd when it was carrying water for the NFL. This looks representative of their coverage then:

http://www.espn.com/nfl/story?id=18279218&src=desktop

Not sure how good a point I have here other than pointing out that they got a hater piece out on Memorial Day for a relatively low offense that ESPN has glossed over a million times before. All for a guy that hasn't had a worthwhile win in years and that prez thinks is done.

Ok. I'll get off my soap box for people I could care less about. Good talk.

I know. McNabb has been an embarrassment. 2 DUIs almost taints his GOAT career.
