The returning contestants have been confirmed. They are...

Prime Bbcode Spoiler Show Prime Bbcode Spoiler:
Ozzy and Coach.

From the looks of the photo in the linked article, Ozzy apparently hasn't cut his hair since he was last on the show.

Semhar can now feel sorta bad about getting voted out on Redemption Island, stick your neck out like that and there's always the chance it could be chopped off but when you fuck up, acknowledge it

So Russell's nephew compared himself to Hitler's nephew? Interesting comparison...

I thought this was a solid premiere with some promise for a good season.

-Funny that everybody hated Coach, but his team wins AND he seems to have an alliance and some sway, whereas Ozzy says who needs to be voted out, and the tribe promptly votes 8-1 for the other person. I don't see Ozzy doing well.

-Some nice hot skanks that have potential.

-I like this Cochran fella, he brings some comedy. Hope he makes a run.

-Brandon Hantz is interesting, will be better once people find out who he is.

-All in all, I think my knee-jerk reaction is this will be the best season since Heroes vs. Villains and rebound from some dull ones, because they have people who actually seem to want to play Survivor.

I liked Cochran until he got so moody about being on the block. He's no Rob Cesterino, though clearly that's the player he styles his game after.

Semhar was an easy choice. I love how they complain about how people are so mean like they have no idea how the game is played.

I graduated high school with Keith, the pacemaker kid. Weird sentence.

Real Melvin. Unfunny, dumb, not athletic - if you're gonna be a gunner in basketball, you better be able to make a shot, asshole. Playing against him was worse, cause everytime you'd be in the post or something you're like, "Fuck, you're not gonna die, right?" And yeah Keith, we all heard you say you'd be the best receiver on the team if ONLY you could play football - boo. hoo.

I know they think his pacemaker story is gonna be good though. Probably is. I'm a cockface soda jerk who doesn't care, so what do I know.

Fuck that guy though. I hope he drinks some tainted water.

And I still ain't watching. Never seen a Survivor, keeping the streak alive.

Yup. Was talking with the wife about this. We're 3 episodes in(or is it 4?) and it feels like nothing has happened yet. Redemption Island kills the flow of the game. I think it COULD work, but it shouldn't start right from the get go. Perhaps from the merge, because really, what do I care if Papa Bear squares off against that stupid chick who said the returning players would be voted out instantly? Neither of them will get back into the game, everyone knows it.

Aside from that, good characters this season. Russell's nephew is so nuts he's entertaining, Coach seems to actually be playing good!, Ozzy doesn't and I like Cochrane and Jim to possibly go far.

I'm still not a fan of Redemption Island, but Ozzy has single-handedly made it less of a dud than last season with that move.

I've liked this season so far, lots of good characters. I can't decide if I'd rather see Ozzy lose at RI, or win, come back and Cochran refuse to give the idol back.

I've enjoyed this season so far, maybe it's just because the last couple have really sucked. If Cochran somehow beats Ozzy at RI though? This moves into Top 10 seasons for me, that would be classic. Cochran is such a douche that he's actually awesome.
