uhhhhh....that's not quite what we had in mind with "best fantasy names" i don't think. It is quite clever though, especially since the last time there was an english "warrior" was probably in the 1600's.

Here's one for you, J90: Lady Di's Driver.

Very classy.

Football-The Buffalo Chips. I had the same team name for twelve years until my league finally folded. When I was eleven this was funny as shit.

Basketball - The Original Harlem Globetrotters. An homage to the SNL skit with Michael Jordan as the first black Harlem Globetrotter. I had an all white team as a joke.

Thanks to Senator Allen for inspiring my 2006 name:

"Macaca The Walk"

"Macaca Doodle Doo" also works.

I'm not playing fantasy this year but if I had a team, I'd name it either Mike Oxbig or Justin Hermouth.

If you don't get it, try saying them out loud.

Off Constantly got a very mild chuckle. "Off to Little Boys" is funnier though (used by someone in my football league last year).

I posted this in the shoutbox, then immediately realized that this is the proper forum for it. I'm contemplating naming my '10 fantasy football team "Interceptions or it Didn't Happen," but the members of my league are all 32 or older, and I feel like most of them won't "get" internet memes. I may have to focus group test this on people from that age group.

In other news, I think way too much about fantasy football.

I can't believe you people are thinking about fantasy football names this early. Oh well, at least you're not posting Phil Collins lyrics.

I saw a team name of "Somewhere Over Dwayne Bowe" and that got a bit of a chuckle out of me.
