I'd have the same reaction if NC State won either a football or basketball championship. Doesn't have to be a national title...an ACC championship would work.

I high fived a passed out Taco when MY Phillies won. Then I went to sleep.
PS: I will never like July 27th. It will always be the day Reggie died. I just hate this day. True Celtic fans know what I mean.

when the Buckeyes won the national championship against Da U, we had another couple over to watch the game. When they ultimately won, me and the other guy both sort of laughed and he said, "Fucking Buckeyes", shaking his head.

I would be happy if the Twins won another.
I would enjoy the excuse to drink if the Wild won one.
I would be a douchebag if the Gophers ever won anything.
I would hug randos and be fifty shades of gay if the Vikes won a Super Bowl but ha, yeah, sure. We don't have to worry about that one.
If the Wolves hahaha jesus these teams suck.

I got teary-eyed when the Dolphins won their only game in 07 (Ms. Cleo to Camarillo!), so I'd get emotional if the Fins won it all. I wouldn't have a new outlook on life though, like Wolf apparently did.

the happiest a sports event ever got me was when the bucs beat the eagles in the nfc championship game to make the super bowl. i was at a BW3 in charlottesville with the mrs, and probably the only bucs fan there. didn't do anything silly. for whatever reason that made me happier than the super bowl win itself, maybe because the eagles game was closer and puntuated by ronde barber running back the pick six (thanks, mcnabb!), i dunno.

See Wolf, you don't need to be embarrassed to come back here. It's a bunch of blubbering broads now.

things i would be able to die in peace after:

-fucking work blondie (consensually, kite)
-an ironclad guarantee that my child will be successful & happy
-an admission of fault from my wife. for anything. forgetting to set the alarm would suffice
-the 3rd book in the Kingkiller series
-a week of genuine posts from you people
